INDUSTRIAL CURTAIN SOLUTIONS

CONTAIN THE MESS

CONTROL THE ENVIRONMENT

Help keep dust, debris, mist, and overspray from spreading into surrounding work areas.

Reduce drafts, separate heated or cooled zones, and create more manageable work areas inside a larger facility.

IMPROVE WORKFLOW

Create dedicated spaces for fabrication, washing, storage, maintenance, painting, or other operations.

STAY FLEXIBLE

Open, close, remove, or reconfigure curtain sections as your equipment, team, and floor plan change.

No two facilities operate exactly the same way. We fabricate industrial curtain systems for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.

WAREHOUSE DIVIDERS — Separate storage, production, shipping, and staging areas without permanent construction.

WELDING & FABRICATION BAYS — Define work zones and help shield surrounding areas from sparks, debris, and visual distractions with materials selected for the process.

AUTOMOTIVE & BODY SHOPS — Create flexible detailing, prep, wash, paint, and service areas around your existing layout.

DUST & OVERSPRAY CONTAINMENT — Help control airborne material from sanding, grinding, cutting, painting, and other shop processes.

LOADING DOCK & WASH BAY CURTAINS — Reduce exposure to wind and weather, or contain water and spray while maintaining practical access.

TEMPERATURE-ZONE DIVIDERS — Separate work or storage areas with different heating, cooling, or ventilation needs.

EQUIPMENT & WORK-CELL ENCLOSURES — Enclose machinery, maintenance areas, temporary processes, or sensitive equipment.

Have a different application in mind? If it can be built with heavy-duty fabric, track, and fabricated hardware, there is a good chance we can make it.

WHY TARP FAB & REPAIR

FABRIC AND FABRICATION UNDER ONE ROOF

Off-the-shelf products work for off-the-shelf spaces. Industrial facilities are rarely that simple. Tarp Fab & Repair brings heavy-duty sewing, heat welding, metal fabrication, repair, and installation together in one Bend shop. Your curtain, track supports, brackets, frames, and custom hardware can be planned as one complete system instead of pieced together from unrelated parts.

MADE IN CENTRAL OREGON — Your curtain is fabricated in our Bend shop by a team you can talk to directly.

TRULY CUSTOM — We build around your dimensions, equipment, openings, workflow, and mounting conditions.

FROM CONCEPT TO INSTALLATION — We can help with design, fabrication, supporting components, onsite installation, repairs, and later modifications.

BUILT FOR THE JOB

A common challenge is separating an active process from the rest of a facility without sacrificing equipment access. A fixed or retractable curtain system can combine durable material, clear viewing panels, overlapping sections or a personnel opening, and track or custom support hardware to create a defined workspace that still opens when needed. Share photos and dimensions and we will design the configuration around your operation.

Licensed, bonded, and insured Oregon General Contractor. Service throughout Oregon, with custom fabrication shipped across the United States.

YOUR CURTAIN, YOUR CONFIGURATION

Every industrial curtain we build is made to order. To request pricing, tell us the finished curtain size and the configuration you want. We can fabricate solid-color panels, clear viewing bands through the middle, soft fabric-backed surfaces for scratch-sensitive areas, welding curtains, or combinations tailored to the job.

Choose the mounting and movement style that fits your operation: fixed mounting, manual roll-up, powered roll-up, sliding track, removable panels, or a custom-supported system. We can also add man doors, overlapping walk-through strips, and drive-through strip openings for forklifts and equipment.

Need delivery? Ask for shipping pricing with your curtain-system quote. Custom-fabricated products can ship across the United States; onsite installation is available depending on project location and scope. Start with the width, height, preferred configuration, mounting type, project location, and photos of the space.

HOW YOUR CURTAIN PROJECT COMES TOGETHER

01 — Site & Project Review

Share dimensions, photos, operating conditions, access needs, project location, and what the curtain must contain or separate.

02 — System Design

We recommend curtain construction, visibility, access openings, track or roll-up hardware, and mounting supports for your workspace.

03 — In-House Fabrication

Our Bend team cuts, sews, heat welds, reinforces, and fabricates custom metal components as one coordinated system.

04 — Delivery & Installation

We ship custom curtains nationwide and offer onsite installation where available, so the curtain, track, and hardware work together as intended.

05 — Repairs & Modifications

If your needs change—or an existing curtain is damaged—we can repair, resize, or modify many industrial fabric systems.

THE RIGHT MATERIAL, HARDWARE, AND LAYOUT

A reliable curtain system starts with more than width and height. We consider what must be contained, how often the curtain moves, where people and equipment need access, and what the surrounding structure can support.

CURTAIN CONSTRUCTION — Heavy-duty vinyl-coated fabric, clear viewing panels, breathable mesh, soft fabric-backed surfaces for scratch-sensitive work, reinforced hems and stress points, heat-welded or sewn seams, weighted or sealed bottom edges, and overlapping sections.

FIXED MOUNT — A straightforward choice for permanent dividers and enclosures that do not need to move. Panels can still include access openings or removable connections.

SLIDING TRACK — Curtain panels travel on rollers along straight, cornered, or custom-supported track. This is ideal when an area must open frequently for people, vehicles, or equipment.

MANUAL ROLL-UP — Raise and secure the curtain by hand when occasional full-width access is needed without sliding the panel sideways.

POWERED ROLL-UP — Motorized operation supports larger openings or frequent access where convenient, repeatable movement is important.

ACCESS OPTIONS — Add man doors, overlapping walk-through strips, clear viewing bands, or drive-through strip openings for forklifts and equipment. Track, rollers, brackets, frames, and custom steel support components can be fabricated as part of the system.

Specific materials and performance characteristics vary. We will help identify an appropriate construction, but facility owners remain responsible for confirming applicable fire, building, workplace, and industry requirements.
